How Does it work?
Step 1 - Submit your IMEI

Step 2 - We delete the current iCloud account
We remove your device from the previous owner's iCloud account, this means the device will no longer be Activation Locked.
Step 3: Setup your own iCloud
After previous iCloud account has been removed your device will restart and you'll be prompted to setup your own Apple ID.
